My husband and I have just returned from a fun weekend at Pinewood Park. We were welcomed by the owners Dave & Kerry and the lady on reception and shown to our TiPi, complete with wood burning hot tub. Our TiPi was spacious and comfortable, with electricity (£10 deposit payable on arrival) – we only had used £2.80 all weekend so very cheap! There is an electric fire and fridge (handy). We were required to bring bedding which wasn’t an issue. There are many TiPis and log cabins, this is a family and dog friendly site with a good clean shower/ toilet block. The showers are electric, hot and powerful. Dave & Kerry were very friendly and always on hand if we needed anything. We also bought discounted Sea Life Sanctuary tickets – half price at just £9 each. A great weekend with good facilities. Also it is situated just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Scarborough and a Sainsbury’s superstore. Thanks for a fantastic weekend.

We stayed for two nights following getting married the day before. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to have our little mini moon. We stayed in the tipi lodge which I highly recommend! I would definitely order the chimenea’s if it isn’t Summer, they will keep you very warm. The lodge itself is so cozy and warm. You can see the woods through the back window which was amazing. Staring up at the dreamcatcher was a very nice touch!Kerry, Dave & their son’s are lovely. Very accommodating & make you feel very welcome. They even gave us the fire wood we used as a wedding present.I would highly recommend pinewood park, it’s such a beautiful setting. The hot tub under the stars was a definite highlight. It was so refreshing to go back to basics in nature. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us. 🙂
